Admission:-

Issue of New Admission forms for the year 2020-21 will start from  15/01/2021 (Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) excluding holidays.

Form @ Rs. 500/-

Admission for Std. I to VIII  Parents have to fill online form & website is www.mcesjc.com

Take a printout & submit it with the required document i.e.

  1. a) Attested Xerox copies of birth certificate,
  2. b) Caste Certificate (if backward class) attested Xerox copies)  Two passport size photographs of the student/child.
  3. d) Light bill / Ration card Address Proof attested Xerox Copy.
  4. e) Child’s Aadhar Card compulsory.

 

Pre. N.S., N.S. & K.G. New Admission forms for the year 2021-22 will be issued in the office.

Form @ Rs. 500/-
